Lumen Hotel & Events is situated in a stadium, but I don’t have any affinity with soccer. Is your location still compatible for me?2020-07-20T13:43:36+00:00

Yes it is! When you’re in our Event Center you won’t  experience the presence of the soccer field. If your guests want to have a look it is possible through the backdoor in the Event Center.

Lumen Hotel & Events disposes of various types of meetingrooms. The capacity of the rooms vary from 2 to 2000 persons. I you would like a first impression you can take a look at our VR Video. This video gives you the opportunity to have a look at our location from every possible direction.

We have a fixed team of floor managers. They will be there for you during your meeting / event. Our sales colleague will provide you with the name and phone number of the concerned person.

Yes, that’s possible. One of the advantages of our location is that we’re multifunctional and can provide more than just a meeting.

Generally our check times are from 14:00. If you wish to check in earlier it will be based on our current availability. If you room isn’t ready yet It’s possible to leave your baggage at the reception. Our receptions is open 24 hours a day, so you can also check-in during the evening or night.

Breakfast is being served in our Bluefinger Restaurant. From Monday until Friday you can enjoy our breakfast from 06:30 to 10:00. During the weekend our breakfast is from 07:30 until 11:00. I you would like to have breakfast on your room we can also provide roomservice.

Our parking lot is situated directly next to our hotel. Our parking lot is open 24/7. Parking is free for the first hour. Our parking has a night rate. When you’re staying at our hotel we’ll book the costs for parking on your room. They are €7,50 per night from Monday until Friday and during the weekend €5,00 per night.

How can I go from Lumen Hotel to the City Centre of Zwolle?2020-07-20T12:26:23+00:00

If you walk to the City Centre it will take approximately 30 minutes. If you go by bike it will be 10 minutes. It’s possible to rent bikes at our reception. Our reception also has maps that you can take.

Our Bluefinger Restaurant is situated in Lumen Hotel & Events. In our restaurant we serve a luxurious breakfast, lunch and a dinner à la carte. You can find our menu on the website or take a look on our Instagram for an impression.

Lumen Hotel & Events does allow pets. De additional costs are €7,50 per pet. Pets are allowed on the rooms, but not in our restaurant on behalf of our hygiene rules. I case you do want to enjoy your meal together with your pet you can go to our Bluefinger Lounge.

We accept the following payment methods: American Express, Maestro, Master card, Union Pay, Visa card, V-pay, iDeal and cash. We do however only accept cash in Euro’s en English pounds with a maximum of a €200,00 bill.

I you would like an extra bed on your room we advise you to inform us in advance. We do have the possibility, but we only have a few extra beds in our disposal. The costs are €22,50 per night. We also have a few connected rooms.

We have one room which is accessible for disabled guests. The room is located on the first floor and is accessible with the elevator.

On the page Rooms & Suites on our website you will find an overview of our rooms. All rooms have coffee- and tea facilities. These facilities are free to use.

For children we can arrange an extra bed for the additional costs of € 22,50 per night. We can also arrange a baby bed for the additional costs of € 10,00 per night. Besides that we will charge city tax consisting of €1,00 per night. For children from 0 to 12 years we can also provide breakfast for € 9,75.

We apply a minimum of 5 rooms for group reservations. If you would like to book a group reservation you can contact us by email (groepen@lumenzwolle.nl).

You can make a reservation by phone (088 147 1471) as well as by e-mail (info@lumenzwolle.nl). If you have any questions or would like to make change in your existing reservation we will always assist you personally.

We always try to provide our best service, but there is a possibility that something doesn’t go as planned. We would love to obtain your feedback so we can keep improving. You can always ask our (assistant) restaurant manager at the moment itself. You can also send us an e-mail afterwards.

Our menu contains various vegetarian dishes. Vegan dishes are also available, but are not on the menu itself.

Pets are not allowed in our restaurant on behalf of our hygiene rules. I case you do want to enjoy your meal together with your pet you can go to our Bluefinger Lounge or sit outside.

It’s not obligated to make a reservation. We do however advise you to make a reservation to make sure that there is a table available. It’s possible to make a reservation on our website, or you can call 088-147 146 1.

When you are staying at Lumen Hotel & Events and you would like to discover Zwolle it is possible to rent a bike. The rent is €12,50 for one day. For only a specific part of the day (morning, afternoon, evening) is the rent €8,50. Not only do we have our regular city bikes, we also have two E-bikes which you can rent for €22,50 per day.
