Allround Event Staff

Lumen Hotel & Events is the all-in-one location in the Zwolle region. At Lumen, we receive many business guests, who come for a meeting, multi-day conference, or a staff party. There is room for any conceivable event; whether it's for 2 or 2000 people!

As an Event Staff member, you are responsible for the daily preparation of our events. During your workday, you are busy ensuring that our (meeting) rooms are set up exactly as desired. Other tasks during your workday include:

• Operational participation during these events;
• Besides being responsible for the setup of an event, you are also responsible for its dismantling;
• Fulfilling a coordinating role during the home matches of PEC Zwolle.

What we expect from you:

• That you are willing to work occasionally in the evenings and/or weekends;
• That you are friendly and hospitable to our guests (and your colleagues, of course);
• Some experience in hospitality and/or a similar role;
• That you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves. As an all-round event staff member, you are often busy lifting and/or moving furniture, don't worry, you often do this together with another colleague.
• Have you completed an education in hospitality or facility management? Mention this in your application; it is not a requirement, but it is a nice bonus.
