Hospitality Staff Flexible Shifts

Experience the atmosphere of a full stadium! as catering staff in the PEC Zwolle stadium! You work at home matches of the premier league team as part of our event pool. Are you the enthusiastic and motivated employee who will strengthen our team?

You have a real go-getter mentality and use it on days when we are extra busy. We offer you work based on a zero-hour contract, with the possibility of progressing to a position with a fixed number of hours.

But what exactly will you be doing?
You jump in during parties, events, or home matches of the promoted Eredivisie club PEC Zwolle. You are responsible for the distribution of drinks and snacks to event guests or the thousands of football fans in the stadium. You also ensure timely restocking and keep the workplace tidy.

As a brand new catering staff member, you know how to put a smile on the faces of our guests and visitors. Together we are on our way to the most hospitable place!

What do you bring?

• You have demonstrable catering experience;
• You are flexibly available on weekdays and weekends;
• You are hospitable, enthusiastic, presentable, and responsible;
• You enjoy putting a smile on the faces of guests.

What can I earn? 

The above-mentioned wages apply from January 1, 2025, and include 9.6% vacation days and 8% vacation pay.

In addition to the gross hourly wage, at Lumen Hotel & Events you receive a 50% discount on a dinner at the Bluefinger Restaurant and can stay at the hotel at a staff rate.
