The Bluefinger Restaurant & Lounge is the beating heart of Lumen Hotel & Events – the meeting place in Zwolle for overnight stays, events, meetings, and culinary experiences. We are open 7 days a week and are ready day and night to offer our guests an unforgettable experience.

As a bartender, you are the face of our Bluefinger Lounge. You welcome (hotel) guests and business visitors with a warm smile and create a pleasant atmosphere. Whether it's a relaxing drink or a busy reception: you keep your cool and ensure everything runs smoothly. With your enthusiasm and hospitable attitude, you make every visit special!

What we expect from you:

• That you can work well independently and take responsibility – often you are the only one behind the bar;
• That you have an affinity with drinks such as wine, beer, liqueurs, and spirits. You like to talk about them or want to learn more;
• That you have a good command of the Dutch language. A little English is also a plus;
• Some experience in hospitality is nice, but not a must – we are happy to teach you the tricks of the trade.
