Hospitality Staff Matchdays

The new Eredivisie season is just around the corner, and that means: full stands, passionate supporters, and… a unique opportunity to experience it from the inside! At Lumen, we are looking for catering staff to strengthen our team during PEC Zwolle's home matches. 

Now we hear you thinking… What does Lumen Hotel & Events have to do with PEC Zwolle? A lot! We are located in the MAC3PARK stadium – the home stadium of PEC Zwolle – and during the home matches, we provide the catering. From skyboxes to a distribution point in the north; one of these places might soon become your playing field. 

These are the tasks you might be doing:

• Pouring beers in one of our business clubs;
• Issuing and charging for drinks and/or food;
• Manning one of our brand-new pick-up points in the stadium.

Who are you?

• That you are offside as little as possible and can work at least 80% of the home matches;
• Catering experience is a plus, but definitely not a must. We are happy to teach you the tricks of the trade.

This is what Lumen has to offer you:

• An hourly wage according to the catering collective labor agreement, based on your age (starting from scale 4.0);
• An annual staff party and a cozy Christmas drink (including Christmas package);
• Great staff benefits such as dining at the Bluefinger Restaurant with a 50% discount and staying overnight at an attractive staff rate at Lumen or in one of our Ibis Budget hotels in Stein/Maastricht or Rotterdam The Hague Airport.

What can I earn? 

The above-mentioned wages apply as of January 1, 2025, and include 9.6% vacation days and 8% holiday pay.

In addition to the gross hourly wage, at Lumen Hotel & Events you get a 50% discount on a dinner at the Bluefinger Restaurant and can stay at the hotel at staff rates.
